Too many #principalwins today to count. Teachers using live #MicrosoftTranslator for students whose first language isn’t English (student is reading live translations of what the teacher is saying). 2nd grade learning to code & parent volunteers all over the place! ❤️ what I do!

When I am asked my number one piece of advice for a new administrator, it is simply to take care of your staff. If you take care of them, they will take care of the students. A culture of care, support, appreciation and encouragement is a culture when everyone can thrive.
