1/ A thread on my recent experience of bullying by a senior academic at a conference, which included him telling me I should be 'ashamed', pointing his finger in my face and calling me a 'disgrace'.
We absolutely must not stand for this kind of behaviour.

Hearing about senior (male) colleagues bullying junior (female) colleagues/PhD candidates in Q&As at conferences, really drives home academia being "woke" is really just a right-wing moral panic
Toxic hierarchies are well and truly alive and we need to do more to address it
