Please share🙏 Deconditioning is the burglar of life's quality and the thief of time, leaving peoples' lives smaller than before 'Deconditioned' shows us its impact lingers but it isn't inevitable #EndPJparalysis #Last1000days HT @lyndamholt @RCSI_Nursing youtube.com/watch?v=xeXoLQ7U…

If we’re looking to change the culture from falls prevention to safer mobility (thanks @BrianwDolan) is it time to change the measurement focus to number of people achieving an activity goal with falls as a secondary balance measure? @SPSP_AcuteAdult #SPSP247

An interesting concept as we prepare to roll out our #Activeward model throughout the trust 🤔. #Activehospital #physicalactivity #upanddressed

Stop counting falls - start counting mobility ! What a sensible idea ! #Measure WhatMatters @SPSP_AcuteAdult #SPSP247

Love this 👌 And I love pizza 🍕 😜
We should have the same drive in “creating psychological safety” as we do with “freedom to speak up” - without the right culture & safety parameters people are not able to speak up

Progress>perfection. Something I often have to remind myself about!
Ever feel stuck in a whirlwind of tasks?😵‍💫 You're not alone! Task paralysis can hit when your to-do list feels overwhelming.📋 Break it down into smaller, manageable tasks and prioritise. Remember, it's about progress, not perfection!💪 #TaskParalysis #ProductivityHacks

Love this graphic, leading for improvement with coaching 'leaders should be problem framers, not problem solvers' 👌 those working directly with the issues will more than likely have the best solutions.

We can implement all the performance improvement initiatives or new quality systems in the world. But if leaders don't light the way to change through their own everyday behaviours & practices, it isn't going to stick. This new blog sets out powerful research evidence from the evaluation of the NHS/ @VM_Institute partnership: bit.ly/3ncbfJX Great job @DrNicolaBurgess @WarwickBSchool #LeadingQI #QITwitter

We're more likely to deliver large-scale change through lots of small changes than through big bang/all at once change. This applies to changing behaviours as well as work processes. New behaviours ripple impactfully through a team or system: community.pmi.org/blog-post/… V @CCLdotcom

Quote ⁦@drwilliambird,⁩ ⁦’physical activity is the scaffolding of health, not just about prevention’. It develops & sustains us physically, mentally & socially from childhood to old age. Without doing more our healthcare system will collapse👇 thelancet.com/journals/langl…

Thanks for all of your support and guidance. Really helped us do lots of thinking about not only physical activity, but how we embed health promotion systematically across our hospitals…watch this space @NTeesHpoolNHSFT 👊

So, what are OKRs? Objectives are what you’re setting out to achieve. Key Results are the measurable benchmarks that show you whether you’ve achieved your objectives. Initiatives are the specific tasks you’ll do to achieve your key results. h/t (image) @PerdooHQ

I don’t know who produced this picture but I first came across it in 2016. It clearly demonstrates why co-production is so important. View the @NHSEngland and @coalition4PC co-production model here tinyurl.com/24jsdyf7
