As a one-off, my net MP salary donation this month will go to a national charity - the Maggie Oliver Foundation (@TMOFCharity).
They provide vital services for victims of the rape gangs - emotional support, legal advocacy and more.
I've spoken with @MaggieOliverUK, and I am incredibly impressed with what she and her team are achieving.
I will help however I can, through this donation but also raising their work in Parliament and beyond.
We must not let this fade away. We must not allow that to happen.

Jury trials are a fundamental part of our democratic settlement. Criminal trials without juries are a bad idea.
The Government need to pull their finger out and acquire empty public buildings across the country to make sure these can happen in a way that is safe.

Packed train from London to Plymouth due to storm disruption. Elderly people made to stand in the isles for the 4 hour journey. I’m FAR from perfect but gave up my seat whilst other young & able passengers sit in total indifference. It’s sad & disappointing. Thank you mum for teaching me some manners. They cost nothing & matter most.

Because they wanted the NHS to pay the private sector instead.
