In the NeoADAURA phase 3 trial, patients with resectable EGFR-mutated stage II-IIIB NSCLC were randomized to osi 80 mg daily for 9 weeks plus pt-based chemo vs chemo alone
Pt-based chemo was given Q3W x 3 cycles. Following surgery, adjuvant osi was offered
