We are a patient-driven organization, dedicated to improving the life expectancy & quality of life for ALK-positive cancer patients worldwide. #StrongerTogether
Meet Janice from Strongsville, Ohio. 💙
What fuels her? Her grandkids.
Every breakthrough in ALK-positive cancer research starts with families like Janice's, hoping for more time and more options.

Two prisoners. Same window.
One saw mud. One saw stars.
When you receive a cancer diagnosis, life can feel exactly like that cell.
Gina Hollenbeck chose to look at the stars — and in her memory, ALK-positive Awareness Month was born. 💙

‼️ Landmark #lungcancer research published today in Cell
Scientists at the Francis Crick Institute and UCL have discovered a 14-protein blood signature that predicts lung cancer more than 5 years before diagnosis, works in never-smokers, and could identify who benefits from prevention treatment.
People with high levels of these proteins were the ones who actually benefited from a drug to damp that inflammation down, cutting their lung cancer risk nearly in half.
This could finally give us something lung cancer has never had: a way to prevent it in the people most at risk.

#ASCO2026 reinforced what’s possible when patients are part of the process. We connected with researchers, industry partners, and advocates, discussed emerging ALK cancer data, and helped shape future studies. We leave with new ideas, new partnerships, and renewed determination.
We were thrilled to be live at #ASCO26 to hear Dr @vincentlamMD presenting the results of the ARCHER trial - a prophylactic peptide vaccine targeting ALK.
Thanks @oncodaily for sharing. More research = more hope & life

🔬 ALK Positive is heading to #ASCO26 in Chicago! Excited to learn from the latest ALK-positive lung cancer research, connect with the oncology community, and continue advocating for patients and families. If you’re attending, we hope to see you there! 👋

Thank you for amplifying my post! It’s a really important message for oncologists as well. I see far too many of my colleagues pushing for 100mg no matter what it’s doing to the patient.
As impressive as lorlatinib is in the treatment of ALK NSCLC, there’s still room for improvement. Neladalkib can still produce a fair number of responses, including in the brain, post-lorlatinib. Attention patients, this drug can be accessed via an EAP! @ALKPositiveinc#ASCO2026
Dose-reduced lorlatinib (50mg or 75mg) works just as well as full-dose lorlatinib (100mg). Don’t be afraid to reduce the dose (or even start at a lower dose) if patients are struggling with or worried about toxicity! @ALKPositiveinc#ASCO2026
