It all started with an idea in Melbourne, and now our meta-analysis on the effects of psychological interventions on well-being measured with the Mental Health Continuum is out. Published in the Journal of Happiness Research: doi.org/10.1007/s10902-022-0….

We found small significant effects for well-being compared with non-active control groups (β = 0.25). Guided interventions had the strongest effects. Our findings show that different psychological interventions can improve well-being, both for healthy and clinical groups.

This was a month ago when we celebrated the success of our 3-week program 'ABDC of a PhD' with a gala dinner. We could not have wished for better participants for this support program for beginning PhD students from all over Afric! Thanks @robinclaired for making us part of this!
