This is what I have always believed crypto could be about.
And platforms like
Pump.fun deserve recognition for making this even possible. By giving creators a simple way to launch tokens onchain, they have opened the door not just about or for speculation, but also about community, storytelling, and real people facing real challenges.
For years, the loudest stories people have heard about tokens have been the worst ones. Scams. Theft. People taking advantage of one another for money.
And honestly, even after spending nearly a decade in this space, I was reminded how easy it is to make mistakes. During this process, while exhausted from becoming a new father, trying to support my family, and staying focused on this mission, I moved too fast and got burned in one of the dumbest ways possible.
But that experience only reinforced something I already knew: the problem is not the technology itself. The problem is how people choose to use it.
But the technology itself can be used for something bigger than that.
What if a token could still exist openly onchain and trade as tokens do, while the creator fees generated through that activity help support something real?
In our case, those fees are helping my wife and me prepare for the expenses we will face as our newborn son, Soren, moves toward open-heart surgery.
I cannot control the token price. I cannot control the market. And I would never promise anyone a financial return.
What I can do is continue telling my son’s story honestly, remain transparent about what this is for, and show that crypto can also be used to help a family during one of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Maybe we can show people that both things can exist at once.
A token can be traded.
And the mechanics behind it can help support something bigger than any one of us.
For
$Soren ❤️🪽
I hope with all my heart that this coin goes to a million, rather than to make money to be able to help Soren and show the whole world that memes are not just gambling but a weapon that can change the lives of people in difficulty.❤️
