Disgusted at the ‘customer service’ of @johnlewishelp. A company that makes 13 billion a year!! claims to ‘care for our customer’s wellbeing’ meanwhile leaving your vulnerable customers without, and you refuse to refund a faulty machine. Appalling.

After the rank cauliflower (2 bags of it, both crystallised & rank) @sainsburys sent a paltry £3 as goodwill. That just covers the cost of the bags. Doesn’t cover the cost of petrol to go to different supermarkets on Easter Sunday! plus re buying it. Disappointed in Sains.

@sainsburys what on Earth is this?! It’s supposed to be cauliflower!! It looks like it’s been defrosted & frozen a dozen times. It’s mostly ice crystals & it smells. Bought this yesterday!! I’m supposed to be making a dish for 10 ppl today!!! Argghhh 🔫

I’m gutted. This is so so sad. I saw #MatthewPerry on stage in London in The End of Longing. I was so excited, being a huge Friends fan. He was vibrant and captivating and lovely. 54 is no age at all. Rest in peace Mr. Bing. We will miss you 💔
