As you SHOULD know Workplace regulations require single sex changing facilities and that toilets are either single sex or fully compliant Unisex. It's clear that to comply with Equalities legislation, employers should follow the guidance to avoid breach.
Today, @AndreaEganGS has written to @EHRC Chair Dr Mary-Ann Stephenson challenging their statement, giving examples from our members where employers are withdrawing trans inclusive policies and using the code of practice guidance as the reason. Read: unsn.uk/4opISUk

By "could previously access" she means, of course "decided we would use facilities we weren't supposed to and defied anyone to stop us"
Today my heart is with our trans community, treated so abysmally in this country. Draft guidance means trans people are barred from services they could previously access & inclusive service providers will be at legal risk. Green Party statement: greenparty.org.uk/2026/05/22…

God, please stop. It wasn't offside under the Laws that have been in place for about 20 years. Plenty of other reasons for complaint, but not that one.
Without VAR that incorrect offside decision stands and the club formed by Irish immigrants lose the title. That's why the usual suspects want to return to the good old days of honest mistakes. @ACSOMPOD @Alan_Morrison67 @bellacaledonia @BobSmithWalker

Hey @ScottishFA As I recall the laws of the game, play must be restarted after a goal from open play. And your own guidance is that if a game cannot be completed because of a pitch invasion, the referee must suspend or abandon the game. Neither of these happened at Celtic Park today - and we also had players assaulted. What are you planning to do about this.

If it's true that the pitch invaders were assaulting Hearts players, then a 10 point penalty is required

I see the Greens remain in full on "steal everything people work hard for and give it to lazy shits" mode
Any political project that intends to defeat Reform must have at its core: 1. Redistribution of the wealth in this country via a fairer tax system, inc wealth tax 2. Redistribution of power via a fairer electoral system at the very least. Is this on offer in Labour contest?

Not sure who this cunt is, but he can fucking do one. Another misogynistic cunt who thinks women should shut up and do as men tell them. Of course if you remove same sex rights for women you discriminate against them. It's not fucking complicated.

I hope every cunt who voted against AD tonight has to look a relative in the eye and explain why they fucked them over

It's very very I frequently I agree with Lorna Slater, but anyone listening to this and suggesting the "other" option was better is utterly contemptuous bbc.co.uk/news/live/cx2grl77…

But apparently being simply appointed gives you democratic legitimacy
Hereditary peers out of the Lords at long long last - delivering the rather simple principle that you don’t deserve a vote in Parliament by virtue of which family your were born into gov.uk/government/news/hered…

I see the implacable opponents of Dignified Death in Scotland are still banging on about people who do not fall within the scope of the bill. Please. Just fuck off.

Nothing highlights the difference between @x and legacy media than the Glasgow Central fire. On one we have eku e views, up to the minute reporting am official reports. On the BBC we have a picture of a curl of smoke coming from a doorway and references to a major incident

I love the way a story develops. The third sentence being directly explained by the preceding two. A masterpiece
In 2021, I was hired by @washingtonpost to cover health disparities & explore the way racism & social inequality affects health. 4 months ago, I became the generations’ reporter exploring how health is experienced by different pple across the life course. Today, I was laid off.
