Delivering on our commitment to the community, today @TPSMyronDemkiw was joined by @MayorOliviaChow @MikeColleTo and @TOHousing to open our third Community Safety Hub in the Lawrence Heights neighbourhood. This Hub will be a place to meet with community on crime prevention and improve safety for the neighbourhood.

The Toronto Police Service will continue to be a strong partner in the fight against antisemitism and all hate crimes. Please report any suspected hate crime to police so it can be investigated.

Chief @TPSMyronDemkiw spoke at the National Forum on Combatting Antisemitism in Ottawa today on the urgent need to strengthen our collective efforts to combat antisemitism and all hate. He highlighted the need for a consistent approach and opportunities to strengthen the law, and for additional federal funding to support police training, investigations, and police response to protests in communities disproportionately impacted by geopolitical events. Thank you @Safety_Canada for hosting this conversation.

This week, IACP President Ken Walker attended the @TorontoPolice graduation ceremony where 90 cadets were sworn into policing service. Graduation coincided with the grand opening of the IACP Training Center housed within the Toronto Police College.
