Edmonton police are currently seeking information to help identify a pair involved in a theft from a jewelry outlet at West Edmonton Mall on October 10th.
According to the Edmonton Police Service, the incident took place around 6 p.m. when a couple entered the store. The woman allegedly distracted a staff member, allowing the man to access the area behind the counter where he took items valued at approximately $115,000.
The male suspect is described as about 5'8", with short dark hair and brown eyes. He was dressed in a black sweater, grey pants, and white shoes with black soles.
His accomplice, a woman around 5'4" with long, straight dark hair and brown eyes, wore a black long-sleeve shirt with a black vest, a black skirt, and black boots. She also carried a purse resembling a Burberry.
Both individuals reportedly spoke with Eastern European accents.
