Marathon plan week 5 - run 2. 5 mile progression run in the rain πŸ’ͺ. I started with easy pace and went 15-20secs quicker each mile. Well happy with that one, amazing what 8 hours sleep can do for you, better then the 2 I had yesterday πŸ˜‚

Trail run today. I don’t do it much but it’s great for running strength. Dealing with slippy mud, uneven ground, tree roots, ditches and streams to jump.
