But groundbreaking new research is completely rewriting one of English history's most famous stories!
It turns out our King Harold was far cleverer than anyone imagined. Instead of that legendary forced march that supposedly doomed his army, Harold actually used a powerful naval fleet and brilliant military strategy to get his forces to the south coast.
