Thrilled to share our latest research on the new molecule implicated in #Afib. We identified that FKBP5 is downregulated in AF pts. Using various FKBP5-deficiency models, we uncovered a correlation between its deficiency, increased NCX1 levels, and arrhythmic Ca release events 🧵
