The latest large-scale (1,778 patients), multi-center (15 centers) observational study is being presented at the American Heart Association (AHA) conference. Arrhythmic Risk with BVP vs LBBAP ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/… Key takeaways: Reduced Arrhythmias with LBBAP: LBBAP (Left Bundle Branch Area Pacing) showed a lower incidence of both sustained and non-sustained ventricular tachyarrhythmias (4.2%) compared to BVP (Biventricular Pacing) group (9.3%). Lower Occurrence of Atrial Fibrillation: New onset atrial fibrillation (AF) was less common in patients undergoing LBBAP (2.8%) compared to those with BVP (6.6%). #Cardiology #LBBAP #Conductionsystempacing #CRT

✅LBBAP group with⬇️thresholds vs BiV, fewer w ⬆️threshold post-implant, shorter QRS, ⬇️complications ✅LBBAP w ⬇️1' outcome (death HFH), HR 1.45 ✅both groups with ⬆️LVEF, but ⬆️⬆️ in LBBAP group These are terrific findings and very good news for #LBBAP #HRS2023 #2023PaceSetter
