✨ Day 2 of
#DHM2026 in Antwerp delivered another inspiring and dynamic programme!
The day began with the JM Educational Session, followed by parallel symposia addressing emerging mechanisms in drug hypersensitivity and drug hypersensitivity in the era of biologicals, sparking insightful discussions among participants.
The morning continued with Plenary 2: Advances in Drug Hypersensitivity Diagnosis, highlighting the latest developments shaping both research and clinical practice.
During the Poster Discussion Sessions, attendees engaged in lively exchanges across a broad spectrum of topics—from β-lactam allergy and NSAIDs to immediate and delayed reactions, desensitisation, paediatrics, and in vitro studies—showcasing the diversity and depth of current research.
In the afternoon, the programme explored key areas including drug hypersensitivity in cancer and chemotherapy, primary mast cell disorders, and thought-provoking sessions on fact and fiction in β-lactam allergy as well as hypersensitivity in immunologically vulnerable populations.
The day concluded with the Oral Abstract Prize Competition, celebrating outstanding contributions from emerging researchers in the field.
As we look ahead to the final day,
#DHM2026 continues to foster collaboration, innovation, and excellence in drug allergy.
