this is legitimately an interesting bear case for Google - because if they push too hard on AI search without incentivizing the website creators they pull info from, they will kill the usefulness of their own search engine

The left is being whipped into a violent frenzy. Any setback, whether losing an election or losing a court case, justifies a maximally violent response.
This is the natural outgrowth of left-wing protest culture tolerating violence and mayhem for years on end. The cowardice of local prosecutors and school officials have turned the left into a ticking time bomb.

NEWS: Tesla has revealed that in Q2 2024, they recorded one crash for every 6.88 million miles driven in which drivers were using Autopilot technology, their best Q2 number ever. For drivers who were not using Autopilot technology, Tesla recorded one crash for every 1.45 million miles driven.
By comparison, the most recent data available from NHTSA and FHWA (from 2022) shows that in the US there was an automobile crash approximately every 670,000 miles.
