Amazing work by Saada (one of our Health and Wellbeing Workers) and two of our volunteers, taking 25 local people to Chatsworth Cottage Garden today as part of our #GreenSocialPrescribing programme. It's really helped with feelings of isolation, stress and low mood. 💚

This was a great study to be part of. Patients and stakeholders were involved throughout the review. The findings are being used by healthcare staff developing services to support people to self-manage minor health problems. Thank you to everyone who provided input.
