While I respect that you say you want to ensure wins this November, I speak for millions when I say that voters will be more likely to vote upon the passage of the SAVE America Act. Voters see what’s happening in California & wonder why our Senate isn’t doing everything in its power to secure our elections. Did you know that former Congresswoman Michelle Steel (R-CA) lost by 653 votes in 2024? Did you know that former Congressman John Duarte (R-CA) lost by 187 votes? I have no doubt that the SAVE America Act would have prevented these losses. Why are we normalizing an expectation for California to count votes for weeks after Election Day — like Spencer Pratt’s election. In North Carolina, the State Board of Elections found 34,000 dead voters on the voter rolls — fact-check me. CA Elections Code §15360 only requires a 1% tally audit of already-accepted ballots. There's no physical possibility to re-verify signatures after envelope extraction. The rushed initial signature check is the only gatekeeper. Any forgery that slips through is permanently untraceable. This built-in blind spot makes large-scale mail-in fraud impossible to detect or disprove, exactly as Trump warned for years. The Media calling it “baseless” and stating there's no evidence (they know evidence is intentionally impossible to verify due to the nature of California policies) lied by ignoring the statute itself. The vulnerability is real. Fix it. No more gaslighting.

Spencer Pratt leading by 10 points on election night and now sitting at 1 point with 10 more ballot drops to go is not an anomaly. The system isn’t rigged. The system functioning exactly as designed. The only question that nobody in mainstream media will ask directly is: who designed it, who benefits from it, and whether those two things being the same party is a coincidence. Spoiler alert: Nope. Not a coincidence.

It's fraud. And before you tell me they do "Signature Validation" on all these "totally legitimate, brah" ballots, do you really believe staff are forensic experts? At BEST they do quick visual matches with "liberal" pro-voter standards and minimal training. Rejections require 3-person review, but acceptances don't. Separation destroys traceability, blocking any post-hoc audit of individual verifications. Public observers can't watch every envelope. At scale, even 0.1% fraud = thousands of invalid votes undetectable. Tabulation audits check counts, not eligibility. It's truly impressive how good Democrats are at spinning the narrative that this is somehow acceptable.
