The little girl who lived at the library never could have dreamt of this day but here it is: Dear Librarian by Lydia M. Sigwarth with illustrations by Romina Galotta is now available on bookstore (and Library!!) shelves everywhere. Happy Reading💛 amzn.to/3p5O8h4
She also has a sassy diva side. We called her “The Queen” because she has very specific ideas about how things should go and likes to show her displeasure when they don’t. She was a grand old dame was never happier than when she got to lay on the couch and nap the day away.
Agatha made it all the way to 13, and I know we were lucky to have her with us for 6 of them, but still wasn’t enough.
I will miss you forever my sweet girl.
Today an elderly woman told me what I do is “magnificent” and I just wanted to pass it on to all the other librarians out there:
I know it’s hard to be a librarian these days, but remember that Josephine thinks you’re ✨magnificent✨

If showering backwards means you’re neurodivergent
and showering forwards means you’re neurotypical
what does it mean when you shower while slowing rotating in a circle like a soapy rotisserie chicken? 🧐
I need walking-around-Europe shoes for my trip that are:
1) really good arch support (I’m old)
2) breathable (trip is in August)
3) slip-on (not a deal breaker if I like the shoes enough)
Please give me all the recs you’ve got!
I had a dream that the Chicago TV universe took over all the shows. Everything is now set in Chicago. All tv is now a crossover event.
White Lotus? Resort in Chicago
Emily in Paris? Now Emily in Chicago
The Pitt? Chicago
The Bear? Still in Chicago
