تنتهي في هذه اللحظات المهلة التي منحها البنك الدولي للحكومة لاستئناف أعمال سد بسري تحت طائلة إلغاء التمويل. وقد وردنا بأن الإدارة العليا للبنك رفضت أي تمديد إضافي لمشروع السد.
