Updating our belonging wall ❤️ Brings us so much pride to see the bothy journey over the years that our belonging wall needs to be expanded further. 🙈 A sense of connection and belong is often what we need most to thrive and flourish as individuals and communities 🌱❤️

What a great first week back in all our amazing bothy’s 💜 The highlight of our mentors weeks were seeing the reconnection between our much loved friends in their lovely Carehomes and the sunshine staying out for our dare to venture groups! 🌞 We all belong to each other 💜

Fresh air does wonders for the soul🧘🌳 Exploring our local areas in our mini dare to ventures this week gives our young people the opportunity to ground themselves during the school day and opens up their imaginations and creativity. So grateful for the shared experiences💜

Young people need space to breathe both literally & emotionally. Nature provides that space. So let’s encourage our youth to unplug, step outside, and reconnect with the world around them. Mental health isn’t a luxury, it’s a priority. 🌱

 A week of curious learning about #MentalHealth, #Values, and #Resilience—all tested in a three-day residential in Aviemore, culminating in an unforgettable climb of Cairn Gorm! 🏔️ Through challenge and connection, they discovered courage, trust, and a deeper belief in themselves.
