Sunshine, team games, conversations and some brilliant young people at @BellahoustonAc. Our mentors, @LisaAnne031 and @LeeDavidson33 🦋 were in delivering Kitbag sessions and staff training as part of the transition support for young people moving from primary into high school. We took it outside, built some connections, had a few laughs, and gave the young people a chance to get to know the team they’ll be working with. Transitions matter. Starting that relationship early matters even more.
