OPODO is surely a scam company? Every comment is a complaint…especially regarding refunds. NO customer service..AT ALL. I am not exaggerating. Has anyone ever managed to get hold of anyone at Opodo? How are they allowed to trade?
You'd think @opodo & @Edreams & @Cartrawler were in competition, right? No. A complaint to Opodo, whose website failed to recognise my booking ref 'cos they actually gave me an Edreams number, has now been rejected by Cartrawler. So that's three companies I'll *never* use again.

Send them a Twitter DM, review them on TrustPilot and file a complaint on the Opodo website (if it is past your scheduled departure date)

I think you should not have policies where you flatly refuse to refund in these situations @opodo.
I can now see lots of others who have had the same issues.
I love the fact that our bodies are full of these little weirdos, doing their own thing, helping to keep us safe, while we’re blissfully unaware of their actions!
@opodo Appalled by you prime autosubscription. Took a cheap flight last year and a prime subscription was added. Now you have just autorenewed me for £59 & are refusing to give me a refund.
How is that good customer service? I am never using your services again.
