@BakerJaniceM speaking to the erosion of trust as a result of the lack of transparency in how recommendations are built. Appears to be a double standard where municipalities have to be transparent legislatively but the provincial processes haven’t had to be.

@Arbasaurus somewhere along the line, the narrative became that municipalities were the problem. Municipal sector wouldn’t disagree that they needed to show up and help solve the challenge but the partnership with the Province has eroded.
