For comparisonโs sake, from July 28 to August 2 MPD alone made 418 arrests. And from August 3 to August 9, it was 537 arrests. So 630 arrests in roughly 10 days of this federal surge is maybe a little above usual, until you subtract the immigration-related arrests.

Weโve now made a total of 630 arrests and seized 86 illegal guns in DC.
53 arrests were made yesterday, plus 24 ICE arrests and 10 guns taken off the streets. Our incredible @USMarshalsHQ even helped recover a missing child.
