A fair summary! Stretch if you like to stretch, don't stretch if you don't. No one's keeping score. webmd.com/fitness-exercise/n…

Is Stretching Now Underrated? Accumulating Research Says Yes medscape.com/viewarticle/str… medscape.com/viewarticle/str… by @LouSchuler I'm a stretching skeptic (ok, grumpy cynic!). Think body of evidence underwhelming (or negative) and that benefits (if any) better gained via full body resistence training movements. But this article provides reasonable alternate view. Trying to keep an open mind! Of course, if enjoy... Stretch on! #Move. cc @TStellingwerff @sweatscience @mackinprof @GretchenReynold

On the flip side, just 7% told us they trained primarily online before the pandemic. Post-pandemic, 21% plan to work that way -- a 300% increase. Altogether, 83% say they'll train some or all of their clients online.

I loved recording this podcast with @RobTrainSystems. Really fun conversation, and I actually express coherent thoughts in a couple of places.
