Day 5 of using #Godot: (forgot to post yesterday again)
Now I learned how to save information in the game between plays. In this case, it is the character's position.
This is my final post about me learning Godot because I got a game to make for the Jump Ship Jam.
Day 4 of using #Godot:
I added some text and made it change as time went on.
Tomorrow will be the last post I will make on me learning Godot because I only need to learn one more thing before I can make my game. So see you then...
Day 3 of using #Godot:
I started to work with the physics and added some collision to the scene. I still need to get used to the names of these function.
Day 2 of using #Godot: (forgot to post yesterday oops)
I finally got VS Code to work and made some simple movement. I still don't know what I am doing , but I am starting to get the hang of it.
Day 1 of using #Godot :

WHY IS VS CODE NOT AUTO COMPLETING ANYTHING! SO MANY ERRORS!
If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know because this is getting way to annoying.
Update time!
I’m so glad that everyone is continuing to stand their ground. Making the decision to cut ties with Unity wasn’t easy, but it was necessary.
Thanks for all the support, I legitimately had to turn off notifications to keep my sanity. But please keep talking about this. Props to @KenneyNL and @GameDevGuideYT for also cutting ties.
I haven’t slept in 40 hours, it’s my birthday in 45 minutes and the best birthday present ever would be Unity reversing these changes.
