How are we still talking about whether or not to pay students for the work they do to improve universities? Like, actually, HOW? In over a decade, I've never heard a single valid reason for this inequity. #sva23

✔️DO: See #LivedExperience as expertise that is just as valuable as professional qualifications, & pay people accordingly.
❌DON'T: Negotiate down, ask them to volunteer, or confuse passion for altruism.
