Leaders must trust employees to make their own decisions. If your organization is full of people whom nobody trusts, then your organization is full of the wrong people.

Apple Tree is the 3rd largest day care center in Sioux Falls. My heart breaks for the families that have less than a month to try and find childcare in a city that is already more than 700 daycare spots short. 💔 When will we acknowledge this crisis in the SD Legislature?
A longtime day care center is closing its Sioux Falls locations next year. Parents received notice hours later that the centers will be closing on January 12, 2024. trib.al/UywwBWf

Impostor syndrome is not a clue that you're unqualified. It's a sign of hidden potential. When you think others are overestimating you, it's more likely that you're underestimating yourself. They have an outside view. They see capacity for growth that's not yet visible to you.

Reviewing high school #interns goals (personal and professional) Don’t worry about #GenZ they are going after lofty goals: write a novel, lifetime love/marriage, live abroad, master a new language, careers, weekly therapy. These kids, they are going to make an impact. #CTE
