The eve of war in Eastern #Ukraine. This was our piece from the frontlines in Avdiivka yesterday, where we spoke to Ukrainian troops who knew Russian forces might arrive soon. We are hearing reports that the Russians are there now. Thinking of the young soldiers we met.

If your website is SO bad you have to call to get info needed, stop saying in the 17 minute on-hold message you should only stay on the hold if you can’t access the website! So many callers evidences poor UX.
