In April 2024 the Biden Administration released its rule on Title IX, decimating free speech, due process, & equality for female students.
Now that 11 federal lawsuits-including ours-have ended, it's time for the rule to go.
Today @DefendingEd requested the admin rescind it.

🚨 BREAKING: Boston Public Schools' Sex-Ed Shell Game Exposed
The BPS just overhauled their sex ed program, and now it appears they are trying to trick parents out of their legal opt out rights!
Check out this screen shot below from their 6th grade "Sexual Health Education" lessons. See how they say that parents "may opt out" of some lessons, but NOT the lesson that talks about "three types of sexual intercourse?" They don't want the opt out law to cover a lesson that teaches middle schoolers about anal sex!
This is only one example of the BPS mislabeling lessons that should fall under the opt out law. We found dozens of others.

The YMCA in Salem, MA, is hosting a "Queer Prom" for CHILDREN with DRAG QUEENS.
This same YMCA received a $115k public grant from the City of Salem to refurbish the building where this "Queer Prom" is being held.
They’re openly grooming our kids with our tax dollars.
