In this editorial, Dr. Chen discusses results from the article by Akai et al. on mouse model investigation of gadolinium brain deposition and behavioral testing, as well as the safety and medicolegal impact of these results. bit.ly/3gPgGss @MGHChenLab @HarvardMed

Administration of gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs) in mice showed deposition in deep cerebellar nuclei with linear agents. Behavioral testing on these mice showed no effects on motor activity, anxiety, or memory. bit.ly/3mRFCDj #NeuroRad
