Got new tyre 1 week ago fitted at @Halfords_uk Cowbridge road, Cardiff. Tyre got flat on the way to attend a funeral and we noticed the valve is faulty. Now, they are claiming we dented the wheel and that this is our fault and to pay for a new wheel 😒 make it make sense!

We got video of the faulty valve. And now they cancelled the appointment like we never show up? How do we escalate it further? I am tired of low services and blaming it on the customer thing! This is a poor service that need to be repaired
