Tomorrow is Ag Day (21 Nov 2019) which is supposed to celebrate Aussie farming, whilst today is forecast to be stinking hot with loads of wind. This is the story of a canola seed as told to my little boy. I hope you enjoy watching and it puts a smile on your face. Habs

Nice animation showing a small part of the incredible complexity of the immune system - in this case, of how mRNA vaccines stimulate production of protective antibodies.

It’s important to know your canola flowering growth stages so you can use SclerotiniaCM decision support tool accurately and follow fungicide label guidelines, latest fungicide application timing is 50% bloom ⁦@DPIRDbroadacre⁩ #protectWAcrops #SclerotinaCM

Plant Science Consulting tested Clethodim plus Atrazine as a tank-mix vs Clethodim followed by Atrazine spray immediately after on susceptible and Dim-resistant ryegrass. Used Hasten and SOA. Significantly better activity on resistant ryegrass when NOT tank-mixed.

You have to be confident in your abilities to be an agronomist but even more so if you’re going to pull out @UPLAUSLtd’s MainMan insecticide promotional wet weather pants. πŸ˜‚ If wasn’t for the cloud cover, I could be visible via satellite πŸ™ˆ

Snails have taken less than an hour with this steady rain to come down and start mating! Perfect time for baiting @MichaelNRM given the weather forecast eg. humidity, for the next few days. πŸ‘
