.@GovParsonMO is signing the 2 special session bills into law today. One reauthorizes agriculture tax credits for 6 years & the other lowers the MO’s income tax rate to 4.95% (currently 5.3%) in 2023 and eventually reducing it to 4.5% based on revenue growth triggers. #moleg

No one should ever be denied the choice to have loved ones or caregivers present while in the hospital or a long-term care facility.
