If you get fat after you finish playing sports/going to school, you dont have the “work ethic” you think you do.

If you had what it takes to be in shape you would. Build better habits instead of buying shortcuts.

Stop expecting people to treat you how you treat them.

Stop wanting everything to be so damn comfortable.

As a trainer you should be in shape and capable of doing the things you ask of your clients.

If eating was a sport a LOT of you would be gold medalist.

Stop acting like taking care of your responsibilities is something worthy of praise.

Give up alcohol and see how many friends you really have.

The body becomes the mirror of what the mind repeatedly tolerates.

9/10 of your health issues would resolve themselves with weight loss.

Honesty is only offensive to people who can’t accept the truth.

Never going back to be fat again in this lifetime.
