Ā£12 million a day. Thatās the amount Kinship carers save the government by taking in children who would otherwise be in foster care. But 1 in 8 carers are facing the possibility they canāt continue care.

Our new report published today in collaboration with @kinshipcharity estimates the economic contribution made by kinship carers at Ā£4.3 billion per year.
Unlike foster carers, most kinship carers do not receive financial support from the government.
