The problem with buying Unity stock is you know they're gonna release some different incompatible stock in a year and then drop support for the stock you bought even though the new stock is in preview and has a bunch of missing features

Bummed about this. IMO Torch was the right product at the wrong time - the big tech companies are going to essentially rebuild this once they launch their big AR plays. Saddened but not surprised that investors couldn't see value in staking out that territory early & iterating.
Oh, man, sad news. @torchapp is throwing in the towel.
