Off the Grid news and aplhas?
Yesterday, an interview was held by
@CryptoStache where
@VladK133 and Dima from
@GunzillaGames were invited.
I have extracted the main ideas and will present them to you here, in an informative thread.
The first question was a direct one, which is on the lips of all members:
Q: Is the full official launch, which includes 150-player Battle Royale on the full map with 60-hour narrative campaign, all players on console or mainnet, and all access to Web3 elements, is that still scheduled to be fully released by the end of this year?
A: Yes, it's still scheduled.
A: So, we know that, for sure, all these big main features that we've all been, you know, kind of hooked on for off the grid, they are going to be launching the end of this year, which is great.
The next good question was asked:
Q: When will US users be on mainnet? Will it all be at once, or is it going to be like a small group over time, like a stage thing like we've seen?
A: This is the first time when we're ready to reveal this date. It will be done by early December and everything is on track. And so, we're really focused on ensuring a smooth rollout and, I would say, full compliance before the official go live and rollout. This is our major priority right now.
After this question, there was talk about narrative campaigns and how this helps retain new players and the experience they receive in the game.
A strong statement has been renewed: We want to work alongside the community:
We want to work with community to create this you know like global knowledge to bring players even new players, that's why we uh started like ambassador program and things like that so like in general we want to work with the community we definitely want to have roadmap it will be there.
There was a question related to the road map. Is the team thinking of making a roadmap?
A: In general we want to work with the community we definitely want to have roadmap it will be there. We just have to figure out how to do that properly how to be 100 sure about what are we doing and like, what are we releasing and showing to community, so definitely we are really looking into that.
OpenSea royalties.
Q: 5% of royalties from OpenSea going to this one wallet but they're supposed to be rewarding node holders.
A: The wallet which you are reffering it's a smartcontract which collects all the royalties and then sends them directly to node holders and this data is also available in NFT validators dashboard. You can interact with your dashboard and you can find the data about the resellers fees, which you earn, the NFT validators can do it from OpenSea trades.
By the end of the interview, there was also discussion about how
@playoffthegrid analyzes its data using artificial intelligence to improve the game, statistics on new player retention, and everyone's preferences when it comes to in-game items.
I've extracted the essential ideas, if you want to watch the entire interview you can find it here:
