This is what the UK spyware proposal means.
There must be government spyware on every mobile device. It shall watch everything that happens, including always watching the screen, looking for things the government disapproves of.
When anything is flagged by the software as something the government doesn't like, the software must block it from being sent or displayed (in realtime).
The user of the device must not be able to shut this watching and blocking off. The only way to shut it off would be to ask the government or its proxies to do so for you, at their discretion.
Therefore the whole device must be locked down. Administrator rights and the decision of what software or operating system to run or not to run must be taken from the owner/user and handed to the government and its proxies.
Apple and Google are themselves working hard to lock down the devices they are involved in to shut out competition and establish a duopoly.
The UK government says it is "working closely" with Apple and Google and currently they synchronise and coordinate their communication on this subject.
The UK government is now proposing to mandate what would otherwise be illegal anti-competitive practices.

Bueno, fuimos accionistas de Microstrategy desde 2020 y ganamos millones con ella, y Saylor tiene un conocimiento y convicción sobresalientes y ha creado valor tanto recomprando acciones como ampliando capital. De pocas personas he visto más horas de contenido.
Pero cambié de opinión con Tesla buscando la verdad y critico aspectos de las tesoreras buscando la verdad.
- Si en el barco de Bitcoin hay billetes de distintas clases, las acciones de tesoreras son un ticket por un video de realidad virtual del barco. Has pagado por verlo pero no estás en el barco, ni siquiera en un camarote cutre del barco. Ese ticket debe tener un descuento frente a los otros.
- No es sostenible vender euros a 3 euros para siempre. Es aprovechable, pero no sostenible.
- El nominal de los bonos convertibles hay que devolverlo. La deuda introduce fragilidad y escenarios de Game OVER.
- Que la prima sobre NAV la justifique el BTC yield es un razonamiento circular sin sentido.
- dividendos a perpetuidad es mucho, mucho tiempo.
- La inclusión en índices no afecta de forma permanente ni al valor ni al precio. Verlo como flujos pasivos que aumentan el market cap es un error.
Simplemente son matices que me parecen muy obvios, pero pocos se interesan ya por los matices y fundamentos, quieren un mundo inversor al estilo de equipos de fútbol.
