When trying to find good OKRs, people often ask me, how they know they have identified them. My advice: You got a good objective when you get up in the morning dying to make it happen. You know you‘ve got proper Key Results when you are a bit afraid about not achieving them.
One big thing that has become clearer and clearer to me over the years is that #success doesn’t come from getting 10-20 things right. Most of the time, this success will be the result of focusing on the right one, two, maybe three big rocks and learning from mistakes. #shoshin
