Sport makes you feel good.
So why are disabled people locked out of it?
On #WorldMentalHealthDay let's make sure sport is accessible for all.
Because sport is important for good mental health β and that's important for everybody.

Last Week's Marbling Activity π
Carers were welcomed with an introduction from Annie who then provided a demo on how to complete the marbling process.
Once the activity was completed, Carers enjoyed a cuppa, biscuits & a chat whilst their creations dried ready to take home π
