#Binance doesn't have all your crypto they are supposed to have. We've seen this time and again with $XMR, $ADA and $BCH. The moment things get too hot to handle, they'll shut down withdrawals just like they always do.
Fractional reserve fraud, just like FTX.

It was supposed to be a move to a new cold storage address, but was sent to a whitelisted external exchange address. We worked with Gate team and the funds were subsequently returned to our cold storage. New process and features were implemented to prevent this from reoccurring.

I was browsing through U.S. court records and I found something pretty interesting. Last month, an ex-employee of Celsius filed a civil rights lawsuit against them for violating the Disabilities Act: shortly after he told them he had a serious health condition, they fired him.
