My favorite part about this video is how Sandra (laz’s wife) is trying to wave Harvey farther to make sure he crosses the finish line. She knows what would happen if he didn’t cross and no one won on a technicality 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
450 miles - 4 and a half days - 108 loops of Laz's backyard. 108 decisions to start. Countless opportunities to quit. At least twice, blood was pouring from his nose. But, in this paradoxical endurance crucible, he is the only one who didn't reach his limit. BIG'S #backyardultra

Running is my favourite way to experience the world and nature, but major polluters like Shell are destroying the climate that we depend on. That's why I'm calling for @europeanathletics to end all commercial relationships with Shell.
BREAKING: 1/2 The Green Runners and the Cool Down Network have sent a letter to @EuroAthletics calling for them to drop any association with @Shell and other major polluters, after the Indoor Championships were sponsored by the oil and gas company. runnersworld.com/uk/news/a43…

I’ve been playing around with @midjourney to generate some images of the Barkley. This one coincidentally matched @RndmForestRunnr’s outfit almost perfectly. #bm100 @keithdunn

There are virtues — resilience, patience, equanimity, and civility — that, if we have the opportunity to develop them, means that life is hard in those respects. Sabrina Little comments on these virtues that we gain from difficulties experienced in life: irunfar.com/the-virtues-i-do…

The largest number of runners on loop four of the #BM100 was 5 in 2001, when Blake Wood and David Horton finished. It also was the year Sue Johnston began loop four, the only woman to do so to date.
