I took the train in Ottawa today. A guy asked me my ethnicity, a guy dressed as Raiden from Mortal Kombat got on the train, then a guy mumbling in tongues got on the train and uttered threats. Then I walked down Rideau and saw people smoking crack broad daylight at 9am.
