This patented technology presents a modular nanoplasmonic–microfluidic platform for rapid bacterial phenotyping and #antibiotic #susceptibility #testing. I’m truly honoured to receive the prestigious #PerkinElmer Award from the Canadian Society for Analytical Sciences and Spectroscopy (#CSASS).
This award recognizes the contributions of my lab in advancing #fingerprinting of single #extracellularvesicles (EVs) for #cancerdiagnosis and #therapeuticmonitoring and is a testament to the power of analytical innovation in precision medicine.
A heartfelt shoutout to my incredible students who drive this research forward, especially Dr. @MahsaJalaali (former PhD) and Carolina del Real Mata current PhD), whose dedication and brilliance have been instrumental to this achievement.
