Everything we share at @MakenessDev is free. Curriculum. Frameworks. All local to Morocco. No tuition. No shares. No certificates. Just: validate product first, ship before you're ready, earn now. If you want to stop building things nobody pays for: makeness.dev/apply

from the indie founder playbook: there is no negative feedback, only opportunities to improve. ask for feedback everytime, all the time.
any feedback or questions using odysser? i'd love to know what you think if you come across any concern or issue, DM me or comment it here, would personally check it out :)

quick update: first cohort is coming soon, we have so many applications we have been drowning a bit... and given the feedback, we are also thinking about tuning the process to stick to local cohorts stay tuned⏳

wisdom from our mentors: short pain now prevents long suffering later, e.g being caught in LMATRISK illusion of "permanent employment is better than nothing". what if you belong to a brighter future? we have a plan for this, MKNS-BLAN, get started at makeness.dev/apply
Growth and change is painful, but nothing is painful as being stuck where you don't belong.

Three things entrepreneurship taught me 1. We don’t need entertainment all the day, almost not a all, I am so fulfilled by what I do you just need a good sleep during night time. 2. We don’t need vacations, a real day rest from time is enough. You don’t need to plan this 2 weeks trip every year with people you hate :) 3. We are raised not to take responsibility and to act upon it. We are taught to wait for government, charity, parents, friends etc and blame everyone but ourselves. I learned and accept that it is my fault and to change my behavior

"I don't have anybody to answer to. I'm getting on a plane to Paris in 4 hours." This is John Cheney. 1 year ago, regular guy. Today? $7M company. No employees. $400 start. This is EXACTLY what MKNS-BLAN teaches. Here's what it means for Indie founders in Morocco:

useful read: Morocco's startup ecosystem "can't scale." Good. Maybe it shouldn't. Let's dive in 👇 theafricangeneralist.substac…

Morocco doesn't need a unicorn: it needs 1,000 founders making $5-10K/month each. Profitable from day one. No VCs. No pitch competitions. No LinkedIn PR gymnastics. Just products that solve local problems, built by people who actually use them. That's the real scale-up!

.@smarhraoui wrote an important piece, grounded in reality. But the prescription of "more VC, bigger rounds, exits" is the Silicon Valley answer to a Moroccan question. Makeness answer is social local mobile: "dir. ship. earn." 🇲🇦 Read for yourself: theafricangeneralist.substac…
