Interesting case. Good comments. My seven tweets: it is necessary to distinguish between capacity and capability. Based on @MalmbergL I view capability as what the organisation is capable of doing with their capacity.

Probably the biggest mistake most #ServiceDesign folks have made is to push the ‘it starts with the end-user’ narrative, when it really all ‘starts’ with drastically changing the org. models, culture & philosophy (etc.) to make real sustainable change happen
