Now it is public! @TimOverkamp nailing his thesis "How service ideas are implemented". #servicedesign (nailing being a tradition in Sweden when the thesis is officially made public)

Do you consider yourself a service designer? Please help us understand the challenges you face in your work. #servicedesign #designforservice #design
Do you consider yourself a service designer (even if your professional title does not necessarily say so)? Then we would be very grateful if you could respond to a short survey about the challenges you face when working with service design: survey.liu.se/Survey/7486

Interesting case. Good comments. My seven tweets: it is necessary to distinguish between capacity and capability. Based on @MalmbergL I view capability as what the organisation is capable of doing with their capacity.

Probably the biggest mistake most #ServiceDesign folks have made is to push the ‘it starts with the end-user’ narrative, when it really all ‘starts’ with drastically changing the org. models, culture & philosophy (etc.) to make real sustainable change happen

I’m bored of the same voices getting quoted in presentations. Steve Jobs, Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg... Imagine a diverse Brainyquotes? Imagine it was easy to cite diversely! Our prototype is here and if it gets full we’ll make #Quotem a real thing trello.com/b/7RKI05Xe/quotem

Reverse perscriptions, i like that idea!
Excited for @ExperioLab’s ‘respectful treatment’ exhibit at Karlstad hospital in a couple of weeks - complete with VR scenarios of patient journeys, reverse perscriptions (where patients prescribe changes to the healthcare system) and a giant paper mache heart #normcritical

Yes! This also highlights the importance of making sure that good learning happens for that. That does not happen by itself. @MalmbergL @WetterEdman

I have been doing some thinking and experimenting around what it means to design our "systemic-self". A bit of background on the @CTFse blog: kau.se/en/ctf/news/ctf-blog-… If you have been pondering similar thoughts or engaging in related explorations, I would love to hear about it!
